Non-destructive daylighting, slot trenching and spills response. Eight tri-drive trucks, MOECP registered, same-day emergency callout.
Utility Ploughing
Continuous cable, conduit and pipe installation to 4 ft. Rock wheel cuts solid bedrock on the same run.
Horizontal Directional Drilling
Trenchless installation under roads, rail and waterways. Water, sewer, telecom, hydro and fuel lines from ¾" to 48"+, in soil through solid bedrock.
Geothermal Loop Installation
Horizontal loop fields installed entirely by directional drilling. No trenching, no vertical bore field.
Pipe Fusion
Certified HDPE butt fusion from 2" to 48"+, performed on site. Steel casing welded in the field, not shipped to a shop.

39 Years Underground
From two people and a truck to one of Ontario's most capable trenchless contractors.
CC Underground started in 1987 with two people, running a boring services business for telecom lines out of a house. The work was small, the method was new, and there wasn’t much of a market for it yet.
Then telecom went underground across the province, and the work came with it. We moved to trenchless excavation at a time when most other contractors were still using open cut for every project. Fifteen years ago we committed to it properly, building the fleet and the crews around directional drilling.
Ten years ago we directed our attention and expertise to water and sewer. Initially it was only servicing, then came work on mains, followed by full-scale municipal water and sanitary systems.
Today we drill, hydrovac, plough and fuse from ¾” service lines to 50″ product, in everything from sand to solid Shield rock. Small scale to large, there isn’t much we haven’t drilled through.
Part of National Energy & Utilities. CC Underground is an NEU company, which means we can draw of the capital and resources needed to support every project regardless of size while the crews, the yard on Highway 12 and the way we work stay exactly same.

CC Underground provides horizontal directional drilling (HDD), hydrovac excavation, utility ploughing, HDPE pipe fusion, geothermal loop installation and related underground construction services across Ontario.
Hydrovac excavation uses pressurized water and vacuum removal to safely expose underground utilities, daylight services, slot trench and excavate around existing infrastructure with less surface disruption.
HDD provides trenchless installation of water, sewer, telecom, hydro and other utility lines beneath roads, rail corridors, waterways and developed areas while minimizing surface disruption.
The company is registered with ComplyWorks , has CROR-qualified crews for live rail corridors, and is currently pursuing COR certification through IHSA.
