CC Underground has been connecting cities, towns, and people through Telecom, Power, Water, Sewer, Fuel, and all other utilities for over 25 years. We service our clients from our home base in Orillia Ontario, 100km north of Toronto, but regularly work throughout Ontario and neighbouring provinces and states.

CC Underground has proudly built a long list of clientele ranging from home owners, municipalities, general contractors, utility providers, developers, and governmental agencies and continue to add to the list daily. We offer services in all underground utility installations and maintenance including project planning and consultation, open excavation, utility ploughing, cable pulling, hydrovac excavation and flushing (including high rail hydrovac and MOE registered), pipe fusion, and directional drilling (HDD).

We have a team with a combined experience of over 150 years in underground utility construction specializing in trenchless solutions from ¾“ product to over 50“ product. By combining our team of well trained and experienced staff with our vast fleet of the industries most up to date equipment we pride ourselves in providing our clients with results that are on schedule, on budget, and beyond quality expectations each time and every time.

News: The CC Underground team are steadily working towards being COR certified through ISHA. COR® is an occupational safety and health accreditation which verifies a fully implemented safety and health management system which meets national standards. We are very excited for this next chapter.
