Trenching and Excavation

CC Underground offers excavation services when other methods are not possible or less feasible. We also combine excavation services in our projects. We offer chain trenching, which is essentially a large earth chainsaw. The trench is four inches wide and can dig up to four feet in depth. This method is much cleaner than excavator excavation and disturbs less surface area. Chain trenching is preferred in good soil conditions varying in hard clay to hard sandy soil and not used for rocky or wet soils.

We also offer open trench excavation using our equipment which ranges in size from mini excavators to larger 15-ton excavators depending on the project.
