Geothermal Installation

CC Underground is proud to offer a variety of installation methods for your green energy. We offer a “limited access” track mounted drill which is capable of drilling in confined spaces, as well as drilling through some of the toughest rock formations in Canada. We have the capability to access the smallest areas with our compact drill rig which measures only 6’ wide while having the power to finish your geothermal project that other rigs could not. We also offer horizontally drilled heat loops where property size permits, making minimal to no surface damage. Through directional drilling we are able to drill from the heat loops directly into your furnace room without damaging landscaping or basement floors. If mess is not a problem, we can also open cut (trench your loops). Our large assortment of equipment allows us to install your heat loops as you request. We have completed absolutely no-mess loops that are drilled into lakes or ponds, as well as vertical loops where our extra care can achieve a finished product where nothing is disturbed other than the work area. Once the vertical drilling or horizontal drilling is completed, we can employ our hydro vac unit to clean up any excess mud and lay topsoil and sod to return the location to a pristine condition.
